Thank you for booking with Nails by Isaa! Please take a moment to read through the policy. If you have any questions or concerns at any time, feel free to message me at (760) 977-8586 or on Insta at @nailsby._.isaa. I’m always happy to help and make sure you feel comfortable before your appointment. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and goes toward your total. Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel. Last-minute changes require a new deposit. If you have gel or acrylic on, add a soak-off to your appointment. Please don’t rip off old sets, keep your nails healthy! I can’t work on nails with infections, fungus, or other conditions. No extra charge on design or gems! Limited guests are welcome, please let me know ahead of time. No food is allowed, but feel free to bring a drink. If you're running late, message me ASAP. If I have a client after you, I may need to cancel and reschedule with a new deposit. Thank you for reading!
