Thank you for booking with Nails by Isaa! Please take a moment to read through the policy. If you have any questions or concerns at any time, feel free to message me at (760) 977-8586 or on Insta at @nailsby._.isaa. I’m always happy to help and make sure you feel comfortable before your appointment. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and goes toward your total. Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel. Last-minute changes require a new deposit. If you have gel or acrylic on, add a soak-off to your appointment. Please don’t rip off old sets, keep your nails healthy! I can’t work on nails with infections, fungus, or other conditions. Limited guests are welcome, please let me know ahead of time. No food is allowed, but feel free to bring a drink. If you're running late, message me ASAP. If I have a client after you, I may need to cancel and reschedule with a new deposit.
