Thank you so much for choosing Nails by Isaa. Please take a moment to read through the policy. I’m always happy to help and make sure you feel comfortable before your appointment. A deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will go toward your service total. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance. If changes are made after that timeframe or you miss your appointment, a new deposit will be required to rebook. For nail prep, please be sure to add a soak-off to your appointment if you currently have acrylic nails or acrylic toes. Avoid ripping or peeling off your previous set, as this can damage your natural nails. Keeping your nails healthy is so important for the best results and longevity of your new set. For health and safety reasons, I cannot work on nails that show signs of infection, fungus, or other medical conditions. Please check that your nails are in good health before your appointment. This helps ensure both your safety and the quality of your service. If you’re planning to bring a guest, limited seating is available. Please let me know in advance if someone will be joining you so I can make sure I have enough space to accommodate them comfortably. While food is not allowed during your appointment, you are more than welcome to bring a drink to enjoy while we work on your nails. This helps keep the space clean and your experience relaxing. If you’re running late, please message me as soon as you can. If I have another client scheduled after you, I may need to cancel your appointment to stay on time. CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. Clients who cancel at least 48 hours in advance may reschedule using the same deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will require a new deposit to rebook.
